
Soup with meatballs is one of the most delicious dishes. The recipe for its preparation is very simple.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Macaroni (small) 70 grams
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
- Minced meat 300 grams
- Carrot 150 grams
- Semolina 2 tbsp. spoons
- Fresh parsley 0.5 bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Prepare meatballs: add minced meat to salt, pepper, add semolina, mix well. Form small dense balls, a little smaller than a walnut.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion.
Step 3 Wash carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 4 Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Step 5 Pour 2 liters of water into the pan, bring to a boil. Dip the potatoes in water. Add onions and carrots.
Step 6 Bring to a boil again, salt, pepper, add bay leaf. Dip the meatballs one at a time into the boiling soup. Cook for 15-25 minutes depending on the size of meatballs.
Step 7 Next add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes. You can also use rice (instead of pasta).
Step 8 Serve with chopped parsley.
