Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Wheat flour 200 grams
- Sugar 60 grams
- Margarine or butter 125 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- For filling:
- Curd 250 grams
- Sour cream 20% 200 grams
- Starch 50 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Sugar 100 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chop flour together with margarine to a fine crumb, add sugar. Then add the egg and knead the dough. Send the finished dough to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2 Next, pull the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out. Put in the form, forming the sides. Put plums on top. Lightly cut each plum and remove the stone, and instead of the stone we “stuff” with a teaspoon of sugar and a small amount of cinnamon. Spread incisions up.
Step 3 Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Then, in a convenient dish with a blender, beat the cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar. Next, add starch and yolks. Beat the whites separately (!!!) and then carefully introduce into the curd mixture. Stir everything and pour the plums.
Step 4 Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
Step 5 The cake should be baked in an oven preheated to t 170 degrees for about an hour. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Step 6 The cake should be completely cooled, and then cut into portioned pieces.
Bon Appetit!
