
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 800 grams
- Fresh or frozen berries 300 grams
- Sugar 150 grams
- Powdered sugar to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Put berries (fresh or frozen) in a saucepan, add sugar, 3 tbsp.spoons of water and cook over medium heat until the syrup with berries thickens.

Step 2 Cool.

Step 3 Defrost puff pastry, roll out, cut in half and make cuts on each side (width 1.5-2 cm.).

Step 4 Place the prepared jam on the two halves of the dough in the middle.


Step 5 Close the strudel so that the notched strips come on top of each other.

Step 6Put the prepared pies on a baking sheet with baking paper and send to the oven at 190 degrees until the fragrant strudel is covered with a golden crust.

Step 7 Cool aromatic strudel, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
