
Ingredients:
- White cabbage 300 grams
- Beets 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Dill bunch
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Boiled water 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Sesame seeds 0.5 tsp
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Prepare the ingredients: peel the beets, carrots, remove the top leaves from the cabbage.
Step 2 Chop cabbage with thin, not too long straws.
Step 3 Grate raw beets on a coarse grater.
Step 4 Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 5 Put prepared vegetables in a salad bowl.
Step 6 Add chopped dill, spices, salt, water, lemon juice to the salad. Mix. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with sesame juice and season with olive oil.
