
Ingredients:
- Apples 4 pieces
- Celery Root 250 grams
- 2 carrots
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Sesame Seed 100 grams
- For refueling:
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Olive oil 50 ml.
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1.Wash apples, remove seeds and cut into strips.
Step 2 Peel celery and cut into strips.
Step 3 Grate carrots for Korean carrots.
Step 4 Finely chop the parsley.
Step 5 In a dry hot skillet, quickly fry sesame seed. Make sure not to get burnt.
Step 6 Salad dressing is simple: combine the lemon juice with olive oil, soy sauce and mix until smooth.
Step 7 Pour prepared vegetables with salad dressing and mix. Ready salad with celery and carrot apple sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds on top.
