
Ingredients:
- Celery Stalk 3 pieces
- Any forest mushrooms (chanterelles, boletus, white, etc.) 200 grams
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Parsley bunch
- Walnuts handful
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut celery in half rings.

Step 2 Wash the tomato and cut into slices.

Step 3Wash the parsley and chop finely.

Step 4Boil the mushrooms in salted water until tender, cool and cut into large pieces.

Step 5 Chop nuts.

Step 6 Stir: celery, mushrooms, tomatoes and pour with vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the finished salad with parsley and chopped nuts.
