
Ingredients:
- Arugula leaves 200 grams
- Peaches ripe 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Blue or green cheese 30 grams
- Granular French mustard 2 teaspoons
- Liquid honey 3 tsp
- Balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Prepare a dressing. To do this, mix in a deep plate 10 grams of cheese, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.

Step 2 Stir thoroughly with a whisk to dissolve and dissolve the cheese.

Step 3 Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Balsamic vinegar will enhance the honey aroma and give it a caramel shade.

Step 4 Put half of the leaves of arugula in a deep salad bowl and pour 1.5 tbsp. refueling spoons.

Step 5 Gently, without damaging the leaves, distribute the dressing with your hands over the salad. Put the arugula on a serving plate to form a pillow.

Step 6 Sliced tomatoes.

Step 7 Cut the peach in half and remove the stone, and then cut into slices too.

Step 8 Arrange the tomatoes and peaches on the arugula pillow and lay the remaining leaves of the arugula on top.

Step 9 Lay the pieces of blue cheese on top of the salad with arugula.

Step 10 Pour the salad with arugula evenly on top of the remaining dressing.
