
Ingredients:
- Potato 3 pieces
- Honey mushrooms 200 grams
- Pickled cucumbers 200 grams
- Salad onion 100 grams
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water, until cooked. Cool.
Step 2 Cut pickles in circles (if large cucumbers, then cut into halves of circles).
Step 3 Onion cut into half rings, then half rings in half.
Step 4 Peel potatoes, cut into cubes.
Step 5 Put potatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, onions in a salad bowl. Pour with vegetable oil, mix, add salt if necessary.
Step 6 Salad with pickled mushrooms is ready.
