
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast 400 grams
- Champignons 400 grams
- Canned Pineapples 400 grams
- Mayonnaise 200 ml.
- Curry 0.5 tsp
- Green onion bunch
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut and fry the mushrooms in a pan with oil and green onions until the excess liquid evaporates.
Step 2 Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender. Cool and disassemble into fibers.
Step 3 Add curry to mayonnaise to taste.
Step 4 Open a jar of pineapple, drain and add to the salad.
Step 5 Mix all prepared ingredients. Season salad with mayonnaise.
