
Ingredients:
- Red cabbage 1 head
- Celery root 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 150 grams
- Salt 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. Thinly and finely chop the cabbage. To salt. Mix thoroughly, tamping lightly so that the cabbage releases juice. Pour boiling water. Let stand for 10-15 minutes so that the cabbage releases bitterness. Then drain the water, and squeeze the cabbage and cool.
Step 2 Peel and grate celery root.
Step 3. Combine the cabbage with celery. Season with mayonnaise.
