
Ingredients:
- Ham 300 grams
- Pickled champignons 1 jar
- Canned red beans 1 can
- Fresh cucumber 1-2 pieces
- Green onion bunch
- Parsley, dill bunch
- Natural yogurt 200 ml.
- French mustard 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chop the ham into strips.
Step 2 Cut cucumbers into thin strips.
Step 3 Mushrooms cut into small pieces or plates, add beans and finely chopped greens
Step 4 Mix yogurt with mustard and season salad.
