
Ingredients:
- Celery root 1 piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Bell pepper (red) 1 piece
- Red onion (salad) 1 piece
- Dill and parsley bunch
- For refueling:
- Olive oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Celery and onions peel. Cut celery into thin strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 2 Peel the apple and remove the core. Cut into thin strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 3 Onion cut a quarter into rings.

Step 4Cucumbers also cut into thin strips.

Step 5 Wash bell peppers, remove the stalk and seeds. Cut into strips.

Step 6 Wash parsley and dill, dry and chop finely.

Step 7Mix everything carefully, salt and put in a salad bowl, pour oil.
