
Ingredients:
- Canned white beans 1 can (400 g.)
- Carrot 1 piece
- Parsley bunch
- Dill bunch
- Red onion 1 piece
- Rusks 2 sachets
- Olive oil (not refined) 4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Open a can of beans, drain the liquid and put the beans in a salad bowl.
Step 2 Wash the parsley, dry it slightly and chop.
Step 3 Wash the dill, dry slightly and chop.
Step 4 Add greens to beans.
Step 5 Boil the carrots in advance. Cool and grate. Add to salad bowl.
Step 6 Peel and chop the onion into small cubes. Add to the main ingredients, salt and pepper. Season the salad with olive oil. Mix.
Step 7 Add crackers. Put croutons in a salad for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Step 8 Mix everything.
