
Ingredients:
- Celery Root 200 grams
- Champignons 100 grams
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Leaf lettuce 2-3 leaves
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the champignons in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then cut each mushroom into several parts along the legs and quickly fry over high heat in warmed vegetable oil.

Step 2 Peel and chop celery with long, thin slices of mushrooms.

Step 3 Fry in oil until soft and a crust appears.

Step 4 Cheese is also cut into long cubes.

Step 5 Mix all the prepared ingredients, salt and season the salad with vegetable oil or mayonnaise (optional).

Step 6 Put chopped lettuce on the dish, rinsing them first and shaking them well from the water.

Step 7 Top with a beautiful slide, place celery with mushrooms and cheese.
