
Ingredients:
- Potato 400 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Pickled Cucumber 2 pieces
- Vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Mustard 0.5 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. The knife through the finished potatoes should pass without difficulty, but the tubers should not be soft and boiled. As soon as the potatoes cool slightly peel it.
Step 2 Cut the potatoes into large pieces.
Step 3 Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 4 Cut cucumbers into large pieces.
Step 5 Sauce: mix vinegar, oil and mustard in one bowl. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
Step 4 Mix all prepared ingredients only when the potatoes are warm. Salt, pepper. Dress salad with sauce.
Step 7But the recipe is not finished yet: the salad must be mixed, be sure to cover with a film, put in the refrigerator for 25 minutes: in the cold, it is much tastier.
