
Ingredients:
- Radish 200 grams
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Leaf lettuce bunch
- Dill 2-3 branches
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled shell.
Step 2 Cut the radish into thin slices.
Step 3 Cucumbers also cut into circles.
Step 4 Put radishes and cucumbers in a salad bowl. Add sour cream, salt, pepper and mix.
Step 5 Lettuce leaves coarsely tear, put on a plate. Put radishes and cucumbers on top.
Step 6Put egg slices on top and garnish with dill.
