
Ingredients:
- Minced meat 400 grams
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Butter 100 grams
- Flour 300 grams
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Sour cream 200 ml.
Cooking method:
Step 1. Melt the butter, add sour cream and egg, salt and mix.

Step 2 Sift flour with baking powder and knead soft elastic dough.

Step 3Wrap the dough in foil and send to the refrigerator.

Step 4 Chicken fillet (about 300-400 g) cut into small pieces.

Step 5 Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

Step 6Combine the fillet, potatoes, minced meat, chopped onion, add a mixture of peppers and salt. Mix.

Step 7Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Put the majority on parchment and roll it in the shape of an oval. Roll out a small portion of the dough with the same size.

Step 8 Put the filling, cover with dough, pinch the edges. Make a puncture with a fork. Lubricate the cake with a beaten egg with a pinch of turmeric. Bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
