
Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Butter 50 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Wheat flour 150 grams
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- For filling:
- Curd 200 grams
- Frozen cherries 200 grams
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Melt butter and grind with sugar.

Step 2 Divide eggs into proteins and yolks. Squirrels put in the refrigerator. Gently mix the yolks into the oil.

Step 3 Add the sifted flour, knead the dough with a spoon.

Step 4 Put the dough in a mold (20-25 cm.). Distribute it evenly, form the sides (1-2 cm in height). Put the mold with the dough for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 5 Now prepare the filling. Grind cottage cheese with 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

Step 6 Beat egg whites in a lush mass.

Step 7 Gently mix the whites with the cottage cheese.

Step 8 Defrost cherries, drain the liquid.

Step 9 Put the cherry on the dough, sprinkle with sugar (1-2 tbsp.)

Step 10 Put cottage cheese and protein cream on the cherry. Smooth the cream on the surface. Put the pie in the oven for 50 minutes. Bake at t 180 degrees.

Step 11 Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool.

Step 12 Before serving, sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.
