- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce 4-5 tbsp. spoons
- Hard cheese 40 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Fry onions and carrots with salt in vegetable oil until tender.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled and chopped cubes.
Step 3 Boil the fish, cool a little so that you can remove the skin and remove the bones. Disassemble it into small pieces.
Step 4The dough is divided into two parts. It is not necessary to roll out the dough much, just pull it out a little to make a rectangle. Make cuts with a knife, as shown in the photo.
Step 5 Lubricate the middle with tomato sauce.
Step 6 Arrange pieces of fish in the middle.
Step 7Next, lay out and distribute the chopped egg.
Step 8Fill onion and carrots on top. Grease with mayonnaise.
Step 9 Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and braid like a pigtail pie. The edges need to be put inside the pie.
Step 10Grease the egg yolk pie. Send to a hot oven for 15-20 minutes, the baking temperature is 220 degrees.
