
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 380 grams
- 5 grams fast yeast
- Warm water 80 ml.
- Salt, sugar to taste
- Vegetable oil 10 ml.
- Pork 300 grams
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce 35 ml.
- Parsley to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Yeast diluted in warm water. Add salt, sugar. Stir everything. Then add sifted flour and vegetable oil. Knead elastic dough.
Step 2 Then grease the bowl with vegetable oil, at the same time roll out a dough round to 1 cm thick, which lay on the bottom, leaving the edges tucked on the wall.
Step 3 Then evenly place the pork passed through the meat grinder, not forgetting to add salt and ground pepper to the meat.
Step 4At the last stage, generously cover the surface of the pork pie with tomato sauce and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Also, gently roll around the edges of the dough to nibble slightly.
Step 5 Put the bowl back in place, turn on the “Baking” mode and cook the meat pie in the slow cooker for 50 minutes.
