Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Wheat flour 3 cups
- Butter 250 grams
- Sour cream 250 grams
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- For filling:
- 400 gram chicken
- Potatoes 8-10 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Dill Dill 2 tsp
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.

Step 2Finely chop the onion.

Step 3 Cut the potatoes into small cubes (I like when the pies have a lot of toppings and a little dough).

Step 4 Pour flour onto a work surface with a slide, add pieces of softened butter (you can replace baking margarine), sour cream, soda (do not extinguish!) And salt. Knead the dough.

Step 5 Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 6 Mix chopped potatoes with onions, dill, black pepper, salt to taste.

Step 7 Divide the dough in half, roll each part to the size of the baking sheet. Cover a baking sheet with greased baking paper, lay out a rolled layer of dough, spread the potatoes with onions evenly on it.

Step 8 Put pieces of chicken on potatoes.

Step 9 Cover with a second layer of dough, pinch the edges. In the center, make a hole for steam to escape. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

Step 10Let the finished cake stand for 10-15 minutes.

Bon Appetit!
