
Ingredients:
- Oatmeal (finely ground) 2 cups
- Ground ginger 0.5 tsp
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Milk 2 cups
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Vanilla pinch
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Coconut flakes 2 tbsp. spoons
- Chopped nuts 70-100 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the bananas and crush into the pulp with a fork, add sugar and ground ginger to them, mix (or use a blender).

Step 2 Then add eggs, salt, soda, coconut and chopped nuts.

Step 3 Add oatmeal. Stir everything until smooth.

Step 4 Pour in milk and mix again.

Step 5 Lubricate the baking dish with oil, pour the prepared dough into it.

Step 6 Cover the mold with the dough foil, preheat the oven to t 180 degrees. Send the cake to bake for 30-40 minutes.

Step 7 Cool oatmeal pie and cut into portions.

Step 8 Decorate the finished oatmeal pie with bananas with berries and coconut.
