
Ingredients:
- Kefir 1 cup
- Sugar 1-2 tsp
- Pinch of salt
- Vegetable oil in the dough 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/3 tsp
- Wheat flour 150 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Kefir mixed with salt and sugar. Mix flour with soda. Then combine with kefir. Quickly stir the dough with a whisk or fork so that there are no lumps. The dough turns out like a very thick sour cream. Then add vegetable oil to the dough and mix everything.
Step 2 Preheat the pan, preferably with a thick bottom. We spread small pancakes in a greased hot pan. Fritters do not smear. Fry over low heat under a lid.
Step 3 Serve the finished pancakes with sour cream, honey, any jam.
