Step 1. In order for the tomatoes to quickly become salted, you need to remove the tomato peel. To do this, pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. While the water is boiling, make crosswise cuts on each tomato with a sharp knife.
Step 2 Try to cut only the skin, the flesh of a tomato is better if it remains holistic. Next, put the tomatoes one at a time on a slotted spoon and dip in boiling water for 2 minutes, and then immediately into ice water.
Step 3 Thanks to this action, the skin with a tomato is removed very easily.
Step 4 So, peel all the tomatoes and cut them into two parts (you can also cut the tomatoes if you wish), remove the fastenings to the stem.
Step 5 Wash the dill and chop finely.
Step 6 Wash and finely chop the parsley.
Step 7 Peel and chop the garlic.
Step 8 Mix garlic with dill and parsley.
Step 9 Next, pour honey into a deep bowl.
Step 10 Then dip each half of the tomato with a slice in salt and put (slice down) in a bowl of honey.
Step 11 Put a layer of tomato, sprinkle with herbs and garlic and pour over honey. Then again a layer of tomato and honey. So repeat until the tomatoes, herbs with garlic and honey run out. Sprinkle the top layer with a little salt.
Step 12 Cover the tomatoes with a flat plate and put oppression on top (for example, a jar of water). In a day, the tomatoes are ready.
