
Ingredients:
- Shortcrust pastry 500 grams
- Curd 250-300 grams
- Condensed milk 400 grams
- Sour cream 25% fat 300 grams
- Lemon zest 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Make shortbread dough in the traditional way.

Step 2Put it in a baking dish. Flatten.

Step 3 Mix cottage cheese, condensed milk and sour cream in a bowl.

Step 4 Add lemon zest and turmeric.

Step 5 Beat well and pour the resulting mixture into a mold with dough.

Step 6 Bake at 200 degrees until dough is cooked. Cool, but you can put in the refrigerator.

Step 7 Then chop and serve for tea.
