
Ingredients:
- Potato 3 pieces
- Celery 3-4 stems
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Granular mustard 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Wine or apple vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Chives 2-3 feathers
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil potatoes, cool, peel and cut into cubes.

Step 2 Cut celery into thin slices.

Step 3 Prepare a dressing. Mix mustard, oil, vinegar in a bowl. Beat with a fork until suspension.

Step 4 Put potatoes with celery in a salad bowl, chopped onions and pour over the cooked dressing. Mix.
