
Ingredients:
- Zucchini or zucchini 300 grams
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Wheat flour 10 tbsp. spoons
- Milk 100 ml.
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Parmesan 60 grams
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut zucchini into thin slices. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add flour, salt, pepper, milk.
Step 2 Add zucchini slices, finely chopped onions and garlic to the flour mixture.
Step 3 Place baking paper in a greased baking dish and grease again. Fill the form with dough with zucchini, sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven for 25-30 minutes at t 220 degrees.
Step 4 Remove the finished cake from the oven, cool in shape, then gently turn over and remove the baking paper. The cake is very tasty!
