
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese or riccot cheese 450 grams
- Powdered sugar 150 grams
- Chicken egg 6 pieces
- 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt pinch
- Wheat flour 50 grams
- Butter 30 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Beat curd lightly with a mixer.

Step 2 Add flour to the curd, whisk again.

Step 3Add salt, icing sugar, eggs and lemon zest. Beat until smooth.

Step 4 Grease the baking dish with butter.

Step 5 Pour the dough into a baking dish. Put in the oven, preheated to t 190 degrees, and bake for about 40 minutes.

Step 6 Check the readiness of the fiadone with a knife or a toothpick. If after piercing the knife remains dry, then the fiadone is ready.

Step 7 Cool the fiadone and serve.
