
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 350 grams
- 4 eggs
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Cream 20% 250 ml.
- Sugar 300 grams
- Baking powder 10 grams
- Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
Cooking method:
Step 1. Separate egg yolks from proteins. Grind the yolks with sugar.

Step 2 Beat egg whites until stable peaks.

Step 3 The yolk mass is mixed with sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Step 4Add cream at room temperature to the dough and mix everything until smooth.

Step 5 Gently inject whipped proteins into the dough, stirring with a spatula.

Step 6 Peel and cut the bananas in circles. Pour half the dough into the mold and gently lay the bananas. Pour the remaining dough on top.

Step 7 Bake the cake at t 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
