The first month after the birth of her son, she was not very worried about the figure and did not follow the diet. She ate everything the body asked for, as she thought it would benefit the crumbs. However, when the baby's cheeks began to blush, she turned to specialists and found out that her diet was far from ideal and it was urgently necessary to correct it.

These are products that Regina consumed within 2 months after the birth of her son. I tried not to fry anything. Mostly baked dishes or steamed vegetables. The diet during the third month became even more diverse. The menu appeared fish, beets, broccoli, olives. She still did not drink strong coffee, but sometimes she allowed herself a latte with coconut milk.

In addition to proper nutrition, Regina observes drinking regimen - at least 3 liters of water per day!
